✈️ San Fermín — Running of the Bulls

Pamplona, Spain · July 6–14

Nine days of one of Europe's most intense festivals, anchored by the encierro — the morning bull run through Pamplona's old city streets. Six bulls, six steers, 800 metres of cobblestones, approximately 90 seconds of controlled chaos. Hemingway made it famous in The Sun Also Rises but the festival long predates him. Beyond the run, it's a week of nonstop street parties, fireworks, concerts, bullfights, and the iconic white-and-red outfit worn by everyone. The opening chupinazo rocket on July 6 at noon marks one of the most electric crowd moments in European festival culture.
