Viatra is not a booking platform. We do not sell tickets, make reservations, or process payments.
Route information is generated by AI and sourced from training data and a curated route database. It may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Viatra makes no guarantees about the accuracy, availability, or reliability of any route or travel information provided.
You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.
You agree not to use Viatra to scrape, copy, or reproduce route data at scale; to attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the service; or for any unlawful purpose.
The Viatra name, logo, and product are owned by Kruger Smoothing, LLC. Experience descriptions and route content are proprietary. AI-generated route suggestions are provided for personal use only.
Viatra is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kruger Smoothing, LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of or reliance on Viatra's route suggestions or travel information.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Viatra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
